As far as I know, only Germany and the UK, and I doubt that even in those countries "lawyers" will be interpreted as covering patent attorneys. I'm afraid that our lawyer friends keep scheming to keep this whole cake for themselves. FICPI can hardly pretend to be representing the interests of its patent attorney membership with this analysis. “Many” countries?
