There some cases, which enable us to make refund of your money:

  • There are cases when the payment is made twice. Such issue will be solved immediately and total refund is expected. Our staff will review your payment operations and issue total amount of money to you. Placing of two orders will imply the same effect.
  • Writer cannot be found. In our database there are many of authors and we always able to process orders, but there are cases when we can't provide the author. Our authors have some certain qualification and due to some complicity of the order, it can be remained without the proper author. In such case we will inform you about it and issue a refund. Also you will have our special discount for orders. If such situation happened with the revision request, you can write to our QCD and we will assist you in resolving this issue ASAP.
  • There are cases when the papers are delivered after the deadline. Though our company ensure the well-timed delivery, we will try to investigate a reason for delay. Placed order without the necessary instructions cannot be done, therefore it would not be done till the deadline. Such request for refund we will not process, due to the fact that it was not our responsibility. You should be sure before the placement of the order that you put all necessary information with the order.
  • There are cases when the reason for delay is our responsibility, then we will recalculate the price of the order. In case of little amount of time after the deadline we will issue partial refund. In case of week late after the deadline we will refund 10% of the order's price. In some cases we can request the extension of the time limit, and please know that we do it beforehand. So you can decide whether to extend the deadline or not.
  • Time limit for every dispute for refund and so on is 10 days. After this limit all refund requests will not be reviewed by our staff.
  • Revision also provided before the deadline, if not, you can request for 15% refund of the money for order. But revision should be delayed more than 30 minutes. In another case you will not be able to address to our Quality Control department. After the request, our manager will contact you and will provide the most favorable decision. We process all cases individually.
    • We tend to provide assignments which will satisfy our customers but there are cases when not. And our clients can claim about the quality of a paper. All cases are individual and solution is very different. There are some typical solutions of this problem:
    • In the case of preview version you can approve or disapprove the paper for unlimited times. One more option is to place the order to the dispute. In the case of positive decision of the manager you can take total refund. But the list of found mistakes should be provided and our manager will review the document according to this list. To avoid fraud, we process such requests very carefully. We need very strong and valid reasons for the request.
    • After the approval of the final version of the document you can't request refund due to our policy. Because, approval eliminates possible request for revision or refund.

- If the writer is already assigned, but the first half of deadline has not passed you can ask for 70% refund.

- If the writer is already assigned and the second half of deadline is already passed you can ask only for 40% of refund.

- There is no option to cancel the order if the assignment is already done and sent.

- If you have received the paper but you want refund you should provide valid reasons for refund.

  • Plagiarized papers will be refunded. But at first it should be sent to the QCD and our manager will review the paper for plagiarism and check reports from the turnitin. We will not accept other reports, only from turnitin. Also we accept reports from the university.
  • You have selected additional features and you want to get refund for them, you have to know that these features cannot be issued for refund. Therefore be careful using them. Refund is possible if the author is still doesn't assigned.
